What is 3D Scanning?
3D scanning utilizes Matterport technology to bring google street view-like tours to interiors. 3D scanning brings photographs to life. Once a property has been scanned, the scans are uploaded to a host, then a 3D model is created and space as if they were there in person.
A 3D scan is the most lifelike and immersive way to experience a property online. Whether it be real estate for sale, an event space to rent, or retail space to promote our 3D tours allow your customer to visualize your space virtually with exceptional fluidity. Matterport Scans are for interior spaces only and for one structure. Additional detached structures on a property become a second model if scanned and may carry an additional processing fee. Please request these areas prior to receiving your appointment time for scheduling purposes.The additional square footage will be added to the total for cost calculation.
